The QuickLaunch Workshop is designed for small teams. Your base price includes one participant, and you can add up to 9 more for $75 each. We recommend a max of 10 to keep the session focused and collaborative.
Yes, we’ll start with a short discovery call to align on your goals and gather key context. From there, we may schedule brief check-ins with other stakeholders or send a short intake form to guide the session design. Nothing heavy—just enough to ensure the workshop is truly tailored to your team and your project.
Each workshop includes a follow-up consultation to check in on your team’s progress and offer guidance if adjustments are needed. If you want more support navigating the next phase or building leadership confidence, we offer coaching through our Leadership Growth Pathway programs.
