Our Process

How We Step In

Six steps, one connected path.

What This Looks Like For You

We’ll begin with brief one-on-one conversations with key stakeholders to understand their priorities. We’ll use what we learn to tailor a focused working session that brings the right leaders together to align on the business need, desired outcomes, and decisions that will shape the initiative.

1

Step One

QuickLaunch

We align key leaders around the business need, desired outcomes, and decisions that will shape the initiative.

We’ll meet with your subject-matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to understand the work, the audience, and what may be getting in the way of performance. When useful, we’ll also observe the work firsthand through a walkthrough or shadowing session.

2

Step Two

Discovery

We identify what people need to do differently and what support will help them get there.

We’ll turn what we learned into a solution blueprint, then reconnect with your team for a project kickoff. Together, we’ll confirm the project goals, learning objectives, deliverables, scope, and how we’ll work together throughout the engagement.

3

Step Three

Design

We turn those findings into a clear roadmap for learning, practice, and ongoing support.

Your SMEs provide content expertise and feedback; we handle the instructional design and development. You’ll review work at agreed checkpoints so we can refine the solution before it is finalized.

4

Step Four

Development

We build and refine the learning experiences and supporting resources included in the plan.

We’ll determine whether a pilot or user testing will add value before rollout. If so, you may help identify representative users and provide access to a training or test environment that reflects the real work.

5

Step Five

Delivery

We prepare the finished solution for rollout, including quality review, testing, and pilot support when needed.

We will reconnect for up to three follow-up conversations to review results, discuss how the learning is being applied, and identify adjustments or reinforcement that could strengthen performance.

6

Step Six

Measurement

We evaluate outcomes, look at how learning is being applied, and identify opportunities to strengthen the work over time.
